Robert L. Bailey II practices in the areas civil litigation, Estate Planning and Administration, Probate, Quiet Title, Foreclosure, Creation and Vacation of Easements, Real Estate Contracts, Guardianship, Deeds, Wills, Trusts, as well as advising clients on small business matters, small claims matters, municipal court matters, boundary disputes, and water rights.

Our office is a block east of the Cleveland County District Courthouse in the heart of Downtown Norman. Robert is a general legal practitioner with experience in many areas of the law, but he mostly handles civil matters in and around Cleveland County. His favorite thing about his law practice is the people he is blessed to work with, including the senior partners, his father Mr. Lindsay Bailey, and Mr. David Poarch. Both are pillars of leadership in the community who continually encourage by example and in fact. He also offices with Mr. Gregory T. Tontz, an excellent attorney, friend, and lifelong mentor. His brother, Benjamin Bailey, and Robert's darling wife, Claire Bailey, are also practicing attorneys at Bailey & Poarch. Most importantly, the firm's legal assistant, Jaime, is the best in the business and the firm's greatest asset.
